Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery times vary depending upon which method you choose at checkout. Once packages are in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package or any delays that may occur. 

When will my order ship?

All orders (except custom orders) are processed within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment and shipped within 7-10 business days after processing.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent via your selected notification method (e-mail or SMS) after your order is processed. You can also download the Shop App to keep track of your order and receive updates. This is the best way to ensure that you receive updates on your order if our emails are going into your junk folder.

What if I never receive my order?

Charmed by Z is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. All claims for lost/stolen packages should be filed with the shipping carrier online. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance with filing a claim. We ask for your patience during this time as all shipping carriers are experiencing unprecedented delays.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We do our best to provide excellent quality adornments and also advise you on how to be delicate with them. If there is any error on our end, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to correct it. 

How do I place a custom order?

To place a custom order, choose the "custom order deposit" option from the catalog and be sure to leave any details about how you would like your order in the comments section at checkout. We will reach out to you within 48 hours and confirm/discuss your custom strand and what your final price will be. The final price will vary depending upon materials, time and other variables needed to complete your order.

How do I measure myself for a custom order?

Use a fabric measuring tape to measure wherever you would like your waist bead to lay. There is no right or wrong place to measure. Remember to give yourself a little wiggle room and remember to measure in inches. 

 

How do I know which size to choose when purchasing a waist bead?

For the waist beads listed in the catalog/collections, there are the option of 40 inch, 45 inch, 50 inch and 55 inch strands. If you are able to measure yourself, choose the strand with the length that is closest to your size. If you are unable to measure yourself, choose a longer length to be safe or contact us and we will send you measuring tape free of charge!  We are not responsible for waist beads not fitting due to incorrect measurements.

What if I don't see the size I need?

How do I remove my waist beads?

The waist beads that you purchase from the catalog/collections are traditional tie-on waist beads. They must be cut off to be removed. If you prefer a waist bead with clasps or an extender chain, please place a custom order. 

 

Can I bathe in my waist beads?

Yes! You don't have to take them off at all! You are safe to bathe in them. We use excellent quality glass beads that have longevity in color.

Are there late fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

  • A smaller payment balance on the final payment
  • Less future payments on the remaining loan balance

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay Installments on Shop Pay?

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.
